Guide: get the most from Fizz referrals with no surprises
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Before you order
According to the program page on fizz.ca (checked October 2, 2026), the bonus is $25 for you and $25 for me. It is a limited-time offer: the amount and conditions can change without notice, so check them before you order.
Enter the code at the right time
Paste the code in the order summary, before you pay. It may be impossible to add it once the order is confirmed, so don’t save it for later.
Check that the code was accepted
After you enter the code, look for a confirmation message or a price change in your order. If nothing changes, retype the code letter by letter and try again.
Keep proof
Take a screenshot of the order summary with the code. If the credit doesn’t show up on your bill, it helps Fizz customer service find your request.
Watch your bill
The bonus is not instant: Fizz applies it when you reach two months of service, as long as we both have an active plan at that point. If you don’t see it on your payment after that, contact Fizz.
